What are the indicators of a good UX dashboard?
Our UX (User eXperience) dashboards allow you to better understand your visitors’ behavior and improve the user journey. All our dashboards are customizable to focus on the essential and useful information.
What is the behavior of new visitors?
Seeing the behavior of new visitors compared to usual ones is not easy on Google analytics. However, in a new customer acquisition strategy, it is a fundamental data to know in order to improve the customer journey and the conversion tunnel.
With your UX dashboard :
- You can easily follow your visitors’ behavior on desktop and mobile
- You quickly identify key indicators (bounce rate, time spent per page, ..) between new and repeat visitors
- You can easily compare the evolution of UX KPIs with previous periods and see the results of possible optimizations
How to use UX data to improve the usability of your website?
- If you see a clear differences between the behavior of new and repeat visitors it may mean a problem with unintuitive navigation. Loyal visitors are used to it but new visitors may find the site not very functional and easily “navigable”. It may be necessary to revise the tree structure, the menu so that visitors can easily find their way around.
- It may also be a sign of a loading time problem and a cache problem. Recurrent visitors have some resources already available in the browser cache but new visitors have to load everything the first time they visit the site. If the site is not optimized, this can cause visitors to leave the site prematurely. We also invite you to consult the loading time dashboard for more details.
What is the UX data by traffic source?
Depending on the traffic sources (organic traffic, paid traffic, social media traffic, etc…) visitors can have a different behavior
With your UX dashboard:
- You quickly see which channel and on which media user data (bounce rate, time spent, …) are increasing or decreasing (in % progression)
- You see the UX KPIs by channel and by type of support (desktop or mobile)
- You compare the percentage of progression compared to the previous period or last year
What to do with user information by traffic channel?
- If you notice for example a bad user behavior on paid traffic, it certainly means that the landing pages of the paid campaigns have an ergonomic problem with call to action, a content that is not optimal
- Having on the same time, a distinction by type of channel (e.g.: organic paid, ..) and by type of support (desktop, mobile), so we can easily distinguish useful information to improve user behavior on mobile for example by realizing that on mobile pages are not adapted
What is the behavior of my visitors by type of page?
A site has many different types of pages and knowing how visitors react to each type of page is probably the most important information to know to improve the user experience.
With your UX dashboard:
You analyze UX KPIs (number of page views per visit, bounce rate, …) by page type
- You quickly see changes in user behavior by page type
- You easily compare user performance to a previous period or to last year
What is the interest of knowing the user behavior by type of pages?
- Optimize user behavior in a more refined way thanks to targeted data for each page template
- Track the user impact of changes to a particular page template
What are the benefits of our UX dashboard?
These are just a few examples of widgets natively integrated into our UX dashboards. We also offer by default:

- UX data by referring domains, with a distinction between mobile and computer
- User KPI by campaign type
- And other default widgets or new ones built just for you
On top of that, the possibilities are almost endless, with the integration of analytics data, search console and tools like semrush, majestic SEO and others (data from these tools are included in the quoted price), we can add other custom widgets based on specific requests.
